A reserve of high-quality extra virgin olive oil plus the opportunity to explore the Mediterranean diet through one of its most balanced expressions: Tocco di Rosso, with olive pâté, almonds, sun-dried tomatoes and capers. Our 2026 harvest oils show excellent chemical and sensory analyses, with free acidity of 0.18% and 0.19%.
