The idea of the project was born in 2012. One year and several visits to Uruguay were necessary to choose the property.

Finally in February 2014, it was possible to start the work which ended in June of the same year.

Now, in 2019, we are proud to have achieved, among thousands of difficulties and with great efforts, an incredible result: a unique olive tree plantation in Uruguay. This uniqueness derives from its properties, and the high production yield, achieved in the 4th year, thanks to a balanced and very attentive management
