Paté of Olives


Olive Paste of the Taggiasca varietiy (softer) or Leccino (stronger in taste). Made with herbs and extra virgin olive oil, it is used to season pasta - alone, or with tomato sauce and mozzarella - to accompany meats, dress sandwiches, and spread on bread.
