Includes 3 L Tosca EVOO, a medium-fruity Tuscan blend; 3 L Taggiasca EVOO, a Ligurian single-variety oil with a ripe-fruity profile and light final pungency; plus 220 g each of Taggiasca from Liguria, Leccino from Tuscany, Ascolana Tenera from Marche and Coratina from Puglia. All are cured slowly and naturally in brine for months.
