A space of 40 ha of plantation, 9000 plants, two large water reservoirs, the chance to fish, birdwatching, walking and getting acquainted with our dogs, horses, and some times our little pets.

 

Relaxing at our tables, or in our large Paraguayan hammocks among the trees, enjoying the peaceful farm and surroundings atmosphere, tasting our typical Genoa gourmet cuisine, a sophisticated expression of Mediterranean Diet, are all joyful opportunities for you and your friends.

 

The staff will entertain you around all the technical activities, transmitting you the dedication, passion and know-how that forge our products qualities and unicity.

 

The owner, Maria Vittoria, will be pleased to introduce you to the project, in its articulation and complexity, and will personally supervise the preparation of the typical dishes of strictly Genoese cuisine expressly for you, taking you to a visit of the plantation and the gastronomy laboratory, as well as the extra-virgin olive oil mill.

 

Consistent with the same cultural approach, we have included, for those who wish, a visit to the “El Amarillo” apiary, producers of Casupá of pure biologic honey being exported to Germany.
